I have been practicing yoga off and on for years. I tend to follow more gentler styles of yoga. Hatha lets one follow the wisdom of the body. Kripalu yoga, more of a flow yoga, leads with the breath. Yoga is a time for reflection and introspection. I use it more for meditation and stretching than I do for vigorous exercise. What about yourself?
