It has been awhile since I posted anything. A series of life events got in the way.
I wasn't feeling well after my visit to Sedona, AZ. I decided to take a break and go on a 10 day water fast. The results were amazing. I feel healthier, stronger and committed to eating 100% raw veggies, fruits, nuts and seeds. More to follow on this soon.
